Through our suppliers, we offer a wide variety fares in economy, premium economy, business & first class, where of course, airlines have these cabins. With some carriers, we can offer mixed classes (i.e. out in one cabin, back in another), so please ask us for details.
When a low-cost carrier offers fares on a particular route, please note that a luggage allowance is never included, but will be offered an as optional extra. We will also offer pre-boarding & other optional extras that they may offer. You are never obliged to take these extras, but they are on offer if they do.
Although we are based in the UK, we have many clients around the world & we regularly book their flights. So, if you live overseas, or just want a flight that isn’t originating in the UK, then ask us for a quotation.
Although air passes are no longer as prevalent as they used to be, we can still offer them to you, if we see that they would be more cost-effective. Although there are the usual terms & conditions, we can save you money when used in the right way.
We have an agreement with Virgin Australia, which allows us access to their entire range of fares’ & air passes, so if you are heading to Australia, New Zealand, or the Pacific Islands, then we would be only too pleased to help. To make life easier, we quote their fares in Australian Dollars, which can make things cheaper for you. As we have instant, live access to their system, all prices quoted are the same as those offered in Australia, New Zealand & the Pacific Islands.
In order to offer you the best air fares we can, it is important to remember that by using the same carrier outbound & return, you will get a more advantageous price. There some notable exceptions, such as Lufthansa/Swiss/Austrian, British Airways/Iberia & KLM/Air France, to name but a few, which allows a mix of these carriers.
Most airlines are happy to deal with travel agents, with the notable exception of Ryanair. They make a point of refusing to deal with travel professionals & have been known to cancel bookings & not offer a refund. Therefore, we would not want to run the risk of this happening to any of our clients’ reservations & so will not be booking this carrier. We hope your will understand & respect our decision.
